- We researched different types of art on-line; impressionism, the realism of Andrew Wyeth; and the abstract expressionism of Jackson Pollock
- We went for a sketching hike on the ravine path. Found some interesting snow and ice patches; tree trunks to draw and ducks to photograph.
Then we created collages.
